Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (major metropolitan areas)

Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (select metropolitan areas only)

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Orders placed before 2 PM AEST will be processed same day

Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed next business day

Frozen items are shipped separately with special cooling packaging
Temperature-Sensitive Items

Frozen and perishable items are packed with ice packs/dry ice

We only ship these items Monday-Thursday to avoid weekend transit
