Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Food items cannot be returned unless received damaged or spoiled

  • Frozen/perishable items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

 

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Quality issues

  • Spoiled or expired products

  • Manufacturing defects

 

Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened food products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Perishable items reported after 24 hours

  • Products past their return window

 

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team

  2. Provide order number and photos of the issue

  3. Receive return authorization if applicable

  4. Return shipping costs:

    • Free for damaged/incorrect items

    • Customer responsible for other returns

  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

  • Claims for damaged/spoiled items must include photos

  • Seasonal/clearance items are final sale

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
